Unformed

Strained eyes

grasp at the orange

crescent moon.

It dances side to side,

a slippery fish,

while the stars

seem fixed.

The poem too

will not decide to

rest and glow

behind my eyes.

  1. Thanks for the follow! I really like this poem, especially the lines, “it dances side to side / a slippery fish, / white the sars / seem fixed.” Great contrasts in movement with space, light, and oceanic waves and tides.
